INTENDED USE- KRIS-TEMP is used for temporary filling of dental cavities. It is a
temporary seal for endodontic applications and inlay/onlay preparations. Temp Paste
radiopaque provides good retention, easy removal, reduce dentine hyper-sensitivity and
post operative pain due to preparations for direct and indirect restorations.
COMPOSITION: Zinc Sulphate , Resin , Zinc Oxide, etc.
DESCRIPTION: KRIS - TEMP provisional filling material is based on powder of zincsulphate cement and dough-adjuster with dyes and fragrances. The material is cured with
oral cavity moisture during 2 hours. The dough provides tooth cavity hermetization ,
prevents teeth from coloring when filling with amalgams, it is non-soluble in saliva.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: KRIS TEMP provisional filling material is introduced into
pretreated and dried carious cavity by means of a smoother. The dough hardening time is 2
hours (the patient is recommended not to take food during this time). The dough is easily
removed from the cavity by a slight movement of an excavator or a dental explorer. Some
dough should remain in the cavity for pulp protection. Then the cavity should be filled with
permanent filling material or amalgam.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Avoid prolonged inhalation. Do not take internally Contact
with the skin may cause irritation, burns of hypersensitivity. If contact with skin occurs
immediately wipe off thoroughly with cotton and alcohol and then wash well with soap
and water. If skin rash and ensitization or other allergic reaction occurs discontinue use and
seek medical attention .If the product comes into contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly
with fresh water and consult a physician.
PRECAUTIONS FOR USE: Due to sensitivity to moisture, close the tube or jar
immediately after removing the material, since otherwise the viscosity of the material
increases (due to the entry of moisture), and the material may no longer be extractable.
PACKING: 40 gm, Plastic Jar.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: The product should be stored below 25°C.
DISPOSAL CONDITIONS: To be disposed off based on the prevailing rules of the
country in which it is used.
EXPIRY: 3 years from the date of manufacturing.
